Meet the Family!

Paul and Esther Perez started Del Rio Tortilla Factory in 1974 as they retired from the US Army. They strived to continue the Perez tradition of starting a family Molino with family recipes. They cherished working side by side with their daughters and watching them learning their grandfather's traditions. Today the business is led by their daughter, Lisa, and her husband, Gary, and their kids.
